Definitions:

LR       : Let ring
PM       : Palm muting
NH       : Natural harmonic
AH       : Artificial harmonic
B        : Bend a whole step
b        : Bend a half step
R        : Release bend a whole step
r        : Release bend a half step
TR       : Trill
/ or sl. : Slide up to the note written after the slash
\ or sl. : Slide down to the note written after the backslash
H and /\ : Hammer on
P and /\ : Pull off
~        : Vibrato
(\)      : 1st gtr plays the note to the left of the backslash and
           2nd gtr plays the note to the right of the backslash
